We hope you love your shopping as much as we loved designing them. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we will gladly offer you a refund for most of our merchandise within 15 days from receipt of product.
You can return by mail or in store.
To initiate a return, please select the chat icon on the bottom right corner of the page, or contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org or your local store for assistance obtaining a return authorization.
- Returns can be processed within 15 days from date of delivery.
- To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, unwashed and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
- To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
- All items must be received prior to processing any returns or exchanges. Nest Essentials reserves the right to refuse any returns based on the condition of items.
- When the refund has been initiated. It may take 3 to 5 business days (or longer depending on the payment method used) for the refund to appear on the original form of payment.
If you return your items after 15 days from the delivery receipt, we reserve the right to refuse your return.
- Only regular priced items may be refunded. Please note that Promotional items, Last Chance Items, Sale items, Towels and white goods(fillers) are non exchangeable, non refundable.
- All refunds will be made in the original form of payment.
- Original shipping & handling charges, if any, are non-refundable.
- Taxes charged are refunded in accordance with provincial and local laws.
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at email@example.com and we would be happy to help you.
What if the item you received is wrong or damaged? Oops! We made an error on the order, we are so sorry for the inconvenience! If your order has any defects or damages, or if you have received the wrong size or colour, please contact firstname.lastname@example.org within 5 days of receiving your purchase so that we can replace the product for you. As soon as the return is shipped, we will have the replacement sent out.

What do we do with the returned items? At Nest we are serious about reducing our carbon footprint and giving back. For this reason, we continually seek innovative ways to try and reduce our pollutants. We aim to improve the experience of “traditional” shopping by offering Virtual Styling with our very own style experts. This way, clients can be sure they like what they see before purchasing and thus reduce the negative impact on the environment as a result of returns. We believe in giving back to our community, as even the smallest change can have a lasting impact on the Earth we share.
